Jolyane Caron

Jolyane Caron currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The Reject Shop since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jolyane held the position of Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer at Dollarama L.P. from January 2022 to August 2025, overseeing Corporate Development, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis. Earlier experience includes significant roles at BMO Capital Markets, where Jolyane was a Director in Investment Banking and Lead Tech M&A, as well as various positions at CPP Investment Board and Ernst & Young. Jolyane holds a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from HEC Montréal and a BAA in Accounting from Université de Montréal - HEC Montréal, complemented by international education at Copenhagen Business School.
