Johan Johansson

Johan Johansson's work experience includes roles at various companies and spans several years. Johan started their career at Pöyry as a Design Engineer in Mechanical & Pipe Engineering from 2003 to 2004. Johan then worked at Bergströms konstruktionsbyrå AB (BEKAB) as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later as a site manager from 2004 to 2008. At Etteplan, they served as a Design Manager and Project Manager responsible for implementing working routines and a PDM system from 2008 to 2013. Following that, they worked at Semcon as a Project Manager site manager in Gävle from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, they founded their own company called Design Engineering, where they worked as the Owner until 2013. From 2014 to 2019, they had various roles at ÅF, including Team Manager, Acting Section Manager, and Section Manager in Mechanical and Plant design. At AFRY, they held positions such as Sales Manager, Head of Partner and Network, and Business Unit Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of New Business and Growth at Rejlers starting from 2022.

Johan Johansson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dalarna University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Soltorg technical gymnasium from 1997 to 1999, focusing on Technical Machine studies.
