Jeff Ward serves as the General Counsel for North America at Reju since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jeff held various legal positions, including Vice President Legal at VF Corporation from December 2023 to January 2025, and General Counsel at Dickies® and Altra Running from June 2022 to December 2023. Jeff's extensive legal career includes a long tenure at Smartwool from 2009 until September 2022, and previous roles at icebreaker, Kodiak, Terra & Work Authority, and Timberland, where Jeff progressed from Assistant General Counsel to General Counsel. Jeff began the legal career as an Associate at Keck, Mahin & Cate and later became a Partner at Stickler & Nelson. Jeff holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and an AB in Economics from the University of Michigan.
