Garrett Ewers has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Garrett started their career in 2003 as an Assistant Manager at KFAN/Big City Tavern and Events Center, where they demonstrated their ability to analyze inventory and implement efficient scheduling systems. From 2006 to 2010, Ewers worked as a Distribution Supervisor at Bluestem Brands, where they successfully improved productivity and implemented a more effective line set-up. In 2007, they joined Anderson Trucking Services and ATS Specialized as the East Central Regional Fleet Manager and Midwest Regional Manager, respectively. In both roles, they excelled in managing fleets, gaining new clients, and improving overall revenue. From 2011 to 2014, Ewers worked as the General Manager at AirMaxx Trampoline Park, where they oversaw the park's operations, managed employees, and focused on branding and promotion. In 2015, they became the Director of Operations at Rejuv Medical Savage. In this role, they contributed to the operational efficiency of the organization. In 2018, Ewers took on the position of Integration Manager at Rejuv Medical, where they worked on integrating different departments to provide excellent service to patients. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Chief Integration Officer and Chief Operating Officer and Vice President respectively at Rejuv Medical, before being promoted to the Chief Executive Officer position in 2022. In addition to their roles at Rejuv Medical, Ewers also became the Chief Executive Officer at Rejuv MedFit LLC in 2021. Throughout their career, Ewers has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for.
Garrett Ewers attended St Cloud Tech High School, although the duration of their education at this institution is unknown. From 2000 to 2001, they enrolled at the United States Air Force Academy, where they pursued studies in Generals. Later, from 2002 to 2005, Ewers studied at the University of Minnesota and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Philosophy, and Sport.

He earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, and completed his family practice residency at the University of North Dakota. Dr. Baumgartner completed his advanced training in sports medicine with a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center. He utilizes the latest in diagnostic and treatment technology to better treat musculoskeletal injury and pain. Rejuv Medical began in 2008 with only a handful of team members.
