Glenn Van Dael

Glenn Van Dael has 20 years of experience in various roles in life sciences, healthcare, and digital industries and has expertise in business strategy, international businesses, M&A, and investor relationships. He was the founder and CEO of CMAST (BE, CH & US), a company providing consultancy and project management expertise to pharma and life sciences companies. He is the former CEO of Modis Belgium and a former member of the Executive Committee of The Adecco Group. Glenn is passionate about building businesses, innovation, and entrepreneurship in smart industries. He holds a Master’s degree in Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
