Ceren Çepni

Cemre Ceren Akkan has over 18 years of experience in software engineering and development, with a significant tenure at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines since October 2011, where roles have included Software Engineering Leader for Platform Flights and Project Architect focused on conversational services. Akkan has developed chatbots and conversational experiences across various social media platforms and voice assistants. Prior to KLM, positions held include Senior Java Developer at Backbase, and software engineering roles at Credit Europe Bank N.V., Sony, HSBC, and FinansBank. A graduate of Marmara University with a degree in Computer Science Engineering, Akkan has also been a Certified ScrumMaster since 2012.
