Lauren Beaudoin

Lauren Beaudoin, MBA, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational culture and people management. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Reko International Group Inc. since August 2015, Lauren previously held the position of Corporate Human Resources Manager in the same organization. Prior roles include Human Resources Coordinator at Flex-N-Gate and Ground Effects Ltd., as well as Customer Service Representative at Essex Topcrop Sales Limited. Lauren's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Davenport University, along with a Diploma in Human Resources Management from St. Clair College.
