William Stoltze has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having held multiple roles as Venue Manager at REKOM Group A/S since October 2016, overseeing various establishments including Dandy CPH, Bæst Cocktailbar, Bar7 CPH, and La Tequila Bar Aarhus. Prior positions include Assistant Venue Manager at Hornsleth Bar Aarhus, Barchef at Loulou Aarhus, and Bartender at Butchers CPH.
