Gil Stein

Gil Stein has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gil currently serves as a Software Architect at Rekor since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BioT Medical as a Data & Learning Architect from January 2019 to February 2022.

Before joining BioT Medical, Gil was with Stargo, where they held multiple roles. From January 2019 to December 2020, they served as the Chief Software Architect, and from January 2018 to January 2019, they worked as a Development Team Lead.

Prior to joining Stargo, Gil was a Development Team Lead at Softimize from January 2017 to January 2019, and a Software Developer from August 2014 to January 2017.

Gil started their career at Cellcom as a Cell Phone Technician from 2009 to 2011. Overall, Gil has demonstrated expertise in software architecture, data management, and team leadership throughout their career.

Gil Stein completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Software Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Intelligent Systems from the same institution, completing their degree from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Gil obtained certifications in Amazon Web Services, including the Amazon Web Services Big Data Specialty in December 2019 and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate in January 2017.
