Ufaz Kaufman is a seasoned Product Manager with experience in leading product development and growth initiatives across various industries. Currently at Rekor since July 2023, Ufaz focuses on expanding the Traffic Management Group's internal applications and B2B partnerships. Previously at Nike, Ufaz drove product development within the Nike Digital Innovation Hub, achieving a 100% coverage of Nike Fit in EMEA and APAC, and enhancing consumer onboarding processes. Ufaz's prior roles include Growth Data Analyst and Senior Risk Analyst at Riskified, where analytical skills were applied to eCommerce and fraud trends, as well as a foundational tenure at the Israeli Military Intelligence managing technology projects. Ufaz holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Shenkar and is furthering leadership skills through the Pay It Forward Leadership Program.
