Aman Tiwari is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Droom since February 2024. With prior experience as a Human Resources Executive at IIFL Home Loans and an Executive in HR at Droom, Aman has developed expertise in payroll support, onboarding and offboarding processes, and employee management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a BA programme from Delhi University, ongoing Master's studies at the University of Delhi, and foundational education in Business/Commerce from Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College. Additionally, Aman has completed a basic computer course at Webon Computer.
