Prinita Naidoo has ten years of work experience in various industries. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Business Development Manager for ExperienceThis. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Sports Events Coordinator for MSCSPORTS. From 2010 to 2011, they were a GP Liaison - Marketing & Events for The Wellington Hospital. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Business Development for Affinitas GmbH. From 2012 to 2018, they were a Marketing for Schmitz Cargobull AG. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Head of Events for The Esports Observer. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Event Specialist for Feelancer. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Head of Esports Operations for ReKTGlobal. Currently, they are a Head of Esports Operations for Infinite Reality.

Prinita Naidoo completed their Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSc) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, majoring in Marketing, Media & Communications and Cultural Studies. Prinita also attended Holy Famly College in Durban.
