Miles Mufuka Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2016, they served as a Service Leader for KEYS Service Corps AmeriCorps, where they helped lead a summer STEM program for disadvantaged children. Later in 2016, they joined The Bonner Foundation as a Service Leader. From 2017 to 2018, Martin worked as a Seasonal Associate at Northwest Bank and as a Business Analyst Intern at The St. James. In 2018, they became a Scholar at The Institute for Responsible Citizenship, where they worked to inspire and equip talented Black men to serve others. In 2021, Martin co-founded Relai, a logistics and supply chains technology company focused on creating sustainable and accessible last mile delivery networks. Prior to this, they worked as a Private Tutor, providing math and English tutoring to high school students. Lastly, Martin served as the Chief Operating Officer of Martin Mabasa LLC, a consulting company specializing in organizational structure and operational procedures for small businesses.

Miles Mufuka Martin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of the South in the period from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they completed their high school education at Trinity-Pawling School, where they focused on an Honors & AP College Preparatory Curriculum.
