Tracy Tann

Tracy Tann has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. Tracy is currently a Senior Business Development Associate at Northspyre, where they specialize in real estate development. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of Business Development Associate at the same company. Alongside their role at Northspyre, Tracy is also a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Relai.

Before their current positions, Tracy was a PPIA Fellow at the Public Policy & International Affairs Fellowship Program. Tracy also served as a Student Representative on the Board of Trustees at the University of Richmond, where they played a vital role in student engagement and decision-making. Tracy's entrepreneurial spirit led their to become a Campus Founder and Student Partner at College Truckers, LLC.

In addition to their academic and business pursuits, Tracy has gained valuable experience through various internships and programs. Tracy worked as a Research and Policy Intern at Housing Opportunities Made Equal of Virginia, Inc., where they gained insights into research and policy-making processes. Tracy also served as a Scholar at The Institute for Responsible Citizenship and worked as a LIFT Coach and Data Analytics Intern at LIFT, Inc.

In their earlier career, Tracy interned at The Commonwealth Institute for Fiscal Analysis, where they played a significant role in crafting grant proposals, funding plans, and data gathering for policy-making.

Tracy Tann completed their high school education at Delaware County Christian School, where they earned a High School Diploma in 2017. Tracy then went on to attend the University of Richmond from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership Studies. In 2019, Tracy also had the opportunity to study abroad at Queen Mary University of London, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations. In 2020, they further enhanced their educational qualifications by earning a PPIA Certification in Public Policy Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley.
