Carol Florin-White

Carol Florin-White holds extensive experience in managing national partnerships and improving service delivery within the charity sector. As the Assistant Director of National Partnerships, Digital Services, and Impact at Relate since June 2013, Carol oversees a substantial portfolio of contracts and has enhanced stakeholder relationships while achieving recognized quality standards. Previously, as the Federation Development Manager at Relate, Carol provided strategic support to local centers, focusing on operational data and financial growth. Carol also served in various leadership roles, including Interim Welfare to Work Programme Manager and Relationship Manager, where skills in performance management and stakeholder engagement were paramount. Carol's early career included a pivotal role at Hull and East Yorkshire Mind, where impactful business development strategies significantly increased the organization's revenue. Carol is an alumnus of the School of Oriental & African Studies, University of London.
