Sara Takieddine Luther is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in executive recruitment. Currently serving as Founding Partner and HR Executive Recruiter at Relate Search since May 2023, Sara leverages a blend of expertise from prestigious firms and a personalized approach typical of boutique organizations. Prior to this role, substantial experience was gained at Korn Ferry as Practice Leader in the Human Resources Center of Expertise and at Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry company, where numerous leadership roles were held over 16 years, culminating in the position of General Manager for the National HR Search Division. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Recruiter at Talent Zoo, focusing on the recruitment of media professionals in the advertising and marketing sectors. Sara holds a BBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, with concentrations in Marketing and Communications.
