Catherine Rice

Catherine Rice has extensive experience in commercial and residential property management, currently serving as the Commercial Property Manager for Related Companies at the Deutsche Bank Center since August 2008. Responsibilities include overseeing the redevelopment and management of a 2.8 million square foot mixed-use building and managing luxury rentals and condos, which involves supervising regional union staff, budget processes, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Previous roles include Project Manager, where Catherine managed a nationwide portfolio of over 400 assets and was involved in energy procurement and regulatory compliance, and Project Coordinator, handling multifamily interior alterations and vendor management. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
