Chris Perkins

Chris Perkins is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in commercial accounting and financial reporting across various real estate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial Accounting at Related Companies since March 2018, Chris oversees a team of 25+, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across a diverse portfolio of 40 assets. Prior roles include Director of Accounting at The Howard Hughes Corporation and Vice President of FP&A at Vornado Realty Trust, among others. With a strong background in managing complex financial operations, budgeting, and auditing processes, Chris has demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and improving operational efficiencies. Chris holds a BSBA in Accounting from Georgetown University and has pursued further education at the Yale School of Management.
