David Pearson

David Pearson has extensive experience in affordable development, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Related Companies since January 2022. Prior to this role, David worked at Related from January 2008 to December 2021, where positions included Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Analyst for Affordable Development. David's career began in the National Football League, where an offensive center position was held from May 2004 to July 2007. Educationally, David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Taxation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, graduating in May 2023.
