Glenn A. Goldstein is President of Related Retail, one of the nation’s leading developers of ground-up large format shopping centers. Since 1993, Related has been developing category-dominant shopping centers in urban and suburban areas, incorporating major retailers in attractive, pedestrian-friendly environments. Related Retail, is the retail development division of Related Companies, the most prominent privately-owned real estate firm in the United States with an existing portfolio of real estate assets valued at over $15 billion and made up of best-in-class mixed-use, residential, retail, office, and affordable properties in premier high-barrier-to-entry markets.

Related Retail has completed several large-scale retail destinations including College Point Retail Center, a 330,000 square foot shopping center in College Point, Queens, New York, Clifton Commons, a 450,000 square foot retail and entertainment complex in Clifton New Jersey, The Hub Office and Retail Complex in Bronx, New York, a 172,000 square foot office and retail development, Gateway Center phases I and II, over 1.2 million square feet of retail in East New York, Brooklyn, New York and Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market offering one million square feet of retail directly adjacent to the Major Deegan Highway and minutes from Yankee Stadium in Bronx, New York. Related Retail is currently developing 1 million square feet of retail at Willets Point in Queens and collaborating with Related Urban on approximately 1 million square feet of retail at Hudson Yards on Manhattan’s west side.

With over a decade of experience in development and complex legal matters, Mr. Goldstein and the Related Retail division bring tremendous expertise to every element of the development process including site acquisition and planning approvals, financing, construction, design, leasing and property management. Mr. Goldstein joined Related in 1994 in the legal department as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining Related, Mr. Goldstein was an associate in the real estate practice group of the law firm Shearman & Sterling. Mr. Goldstein received a Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1991 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University in 1988.
