Jeff Hauta

Jeff Hauta is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently at Related Companies since September 2017, Jeff has played a crucial role in completing the flagship 30 Hudson Yards project, overseeing budgeting, cost management, scheduling, and tenant relations. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager at LPCiminelli, Jeff managed a $34M dormitory project for Pratt Institute, overseeing estimators and procurement in the NYC office. Jeff’s background also includes serving as Engineering Project Manager at Tutor Perini Building Corp, where responsibilities included managing over $60M of subcontracted work, and as Vice President at Stone Concrete Inc., overseeing projects ranging from residential to large-scale commercial constructions. Jeff began the career as a Project Manager at Perini Building Company, leading significant projects such as the Foxwoods Resort Casino and its iconic pedestrian bridge. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
