Philippe B. Visser

Philippe Visser is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in commercial office development and large-scale urban projects. Currently serving as President of Office Development at Related Companies since September 2013, Philippe leads the national commercial office pipeline. Prior to this role, Philippe was the Director of World Trade Center Redevelopment at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, overseeing the $15 billion redevelopment of the World Trade Center site. Previous positions include Senior Director at Tishman Speyer, where Philippe managed significant development projects in New York City, and Acquisitions Associate at Vornado Realty Trust, focusing on Class A properties. Philippe began a career in project management at Forest City Ratner Companies, working on large-scale developments in New York City. Philippe holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School and advanced degrees in Urban Planning and Urban Studies from The London School of Economics and University of Pennsylvania.
