Sofia Silvestre started their work experience as a Guest Service Representative at Holiday Inn Express in 2019, where they worked until February 2021. Sofia then joined Comfort Inn as a Guest Service Representative from October 2020 to February 2021. In July 2021, Sofia worked as a Group Counselor at Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club for two months. Sofia then became a Front Office Supervisor at Holiday Inn Express New York City - Chelsea in September 2021, until March 2022. Currently, Sofia is working at Related Companies as a Customer Service Ambassador since February 2022 and has become the Lead of Operations from November 2022.
Sofia Silvestre completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Travel/Tourism and Hospitality from LaGuardia Community College from 2017 to 2019. Sofia then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality from City Tech, CUNY from 2020 to 2022.
