Tom Yoon

Tom Yoon is a seasoned professional in construction and cost management, currently serving as a Cost Manager at Related Companies since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Development Cost Planner at Lendlease, where Tom contributed to significant projects including the masterplan for East Whisman district in Mountain View, California, and large-scale developments like Constellation Park and CIRCA in Los Angeles. Earlier experiences include internships at The PENTA Building Group and Kirra Consulting, where Tom gained expertise in project engineering and government contracting analyses, as well as technical skills in soil and concrete testing at DOWL HKM. Tom holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
