Doug Ricketts

Doug Ricketts has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Doug is currently the Director of IT Services & Governance at Relation Insurance Services since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Starr Companies as an IT Manager from July 2017 to January 2019, an IT Service Team Leader from July 2016 to September 2017, and an IT Support Specialist from July 2014 to July 2016. Before joining Starr Companies, Doug worked at Chicago Title Insurance Company as a Systems Administrator from January 2004 to August 2013 and as a Web Help Desk Analyst from July 2002 to January 2004. Doug also has experience working at The University of Iowa: Physiology and Biophysics Dept. as an Assistant IT Manager from January 2002 to July 2002 and as a Junior System Administrator from June 2000 to January 2002.

Doug Ricketts received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Doug also has additional certifications including ITIL V3 Foundation from EXIN and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Adaptive Business Solutions. Doug is also certified in MCSA Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft.
