Michael T. Toran

Michael Toran serves as the Chief Information Officer at Relation Insurance Services since March 2021 and an Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University since January 2022. Previously, Michael held roles as Executive Advisor and Chief Operating Officer at Phinsys Limited from February 2020 to February 2022. Michael's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Starr Companies from January 2006 to August 2019, where responsibilities encompassed information technology for various global insurance and investment operations. Prior to that, Michael worked at AIG from December 1994 to January 2006 in positions including Vice President - Comptroller, Director of IT, and Underwriter. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and a BS in Aviation Management/Flight Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
