Amaia Vilas

Amaia Vilas has extensive experience in the research field. Amaia'smost recent role was as a Principal Scientist at Relation Therapeutics, specializing in single cell analysis. Amaia joined the company in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Doctoral Research Collaborator at Universidad de Navarra from September 2017 to December 2022. Before that, they held the position of Research Collaborator at Centro de Investigación Médica Aplicada (CIMA) from January 2015 to August 2017. Amaia also worked as a Research Collaborator at Clínica Universidad de Navarra from March 2011 to December 2014. Amaia began their career as a PhD student at Centro de Investigación Médica Aplicada (CIMA) in September 2006 and completed their studies in February 2011.

Amaia Vilas obtained their Doctorado in Biología Celular y Molecular from the University of Navarra, which they pursued from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they completed their Licenciatura in Bioquímica at the same university. Amaia'sinitial academic degree was also a Licenciatura, this time in Biología, which they earned from 2000 to 2005 at the University of Navarra.
