John Rowland

John Rowland is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic engagement, business development, and performance management across various sectors, particularly in the NDIS and child and youth services. Currently serving as Chairperson and Board Member at Relationships Australia Tasmania since October 2022, John also holds the position of Executive Director of Strategy & Growth at Possability from June 2017 to September 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing strategy execution and organizational performance. John's previous roles encompass leadership as Interim Chief Executive Officer and various executive positions focused on operations, strategy, and business performance at both Possability Group and Lifestyle Solutions. John holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, alongside an extensive background in IT, education, and training.
