Wendy Gaddie

Wendy Gaddie is a highly experienced professional in mediation and family dispute resolution with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as the Principal Mediator and FDRP at Mediation Matters Melbourne since January 2020, Wendy also contributes as a Trainer, Assessor, and Coach at Relationships Australia Victoria and acts as a Mediation Coach and Senior Researcher at Monash University. Co-Founder of The FDR Collective and member of the Family Law Panel at Immediation, Wendy has previously held roles at Better Place Australia as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and has practiced law as a Senior Associate at Marshalls & Dent Lawyers. Wendy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, along with specialized qualifications in family dispute resolution and mediation.
