Dani Nankova

Dani Nankova currently serves as a PBF Development Engineer II at Relativity Space since August 2025, following a role as a Propulsion Engineer at SpaceX from May 2023 to June 2025, focusing on Raptor Additive Manufacturing. Prior experience includes working as a Propulsion Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Virgin Orbit, specializing in Powder Bed Fusion metal additive manufacturing, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington's Vashisth Research Lab, where research involved non-reciprocal composites and thermoplastic RF welding. Dani Nankova also held manufacturing engineering and research positions at Janicki Industries and Boeing Advanced Research Center, respectively.
