Kyle del Rio

Kyle Del Rio (Stephens) is a seasoned professional in program and people management, currently serving as a Staff Program Manager for Career & Performance Development at Relativity Space since January 2024. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at AT&T, where Kyle held positions such as Senior Manager in People Operations and Technology Talent Enablement, as well as Associate Director of Technology Talent Enablement. Additionally, Kyle contributed to the #MeToo Movement as a prominent advocate during 2016-2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Management with a concentration in Systems Engineering and a minor in Economics from Stevens Institute of Technology, alongside participation in the Semester At Sea program.
