Kyle Meche

Kyle Meche is a seasoned thermal engineering professional currently serving as the Lead for Thermal Engineering at Relativity Space since November 2022, where the focus is on developing the next-generation reusable launch vehicle, Terran R. Previously, Kyle was a Thermal Engineer, contributing to Stage 2 and propellant warming efforts for Terran R, which included developing modeling and predictions related to propellant stratification and thermal dynamics. Prior experience includes working as a Spacecraft Thermal Engineer at Boeing, where thermal analysis for satellite systems was the primary focus, and a brief tenure at Lockheed Martin in Systems Integration/Test Engineering. Earlier roles include an internship as a Mechanical Engineer at Atec, Inc. aiding NASA’s Space Launch System, and as a Research Assistant in bioengineering research. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
