Mahi G.

Mahi G. currently serves as a Sr Process Engineer on the WAAM process team at Relativity Space, focusing on manufacturing and process innovations. Prior to this role, Mahi was a Process Development Engineer at Electric Hydrogen, where skills in catalyst coated membrane assembly and scaling mid-volume manufacturing were honed. Experience as a Process Engineering Consultant at 3D Architech involved developing scalable hydrogel-based metal 3D printing processes. As the first Integrated Photonics Engineer at HyperLight, Mahi contributed significantly to the development of optical/RF testing stations and photonic chips. Earlier roles at Caltech included various positions as a Materials Research Fellow, where Mahi developed models for material properties and fabrication methods for advanced materials, along with experience as a Teaching Assistant and RISE Tutor, mentoring local high school students. Mahi holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science from Caltech.
