Nathan Orr

Nathan Orr is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in avionics and spacecraft development. Currently serving as the Principal Avionics Engineer at Relativity Space since March 2024, Nathan previously excelled as the Chief Engineer at MOMENTUS where the focus was on innovative in-space transportation systems utilizing water plasma propulsion. Prior to that, Nathan held the role of Chief Engineer at Deep Space Industries, managing significant missions such as Prospector-1 and contributing to technology roadmaps for space resource utilization. Nathan's earlier career includes a tenure at the Space Flight Laboratory, where achievements included successful project management of nanosatellite missions and development of advanced power systems. Nathan holds a Master of Applied Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
