Richard Aguirre

Richard Aguirre currently serves as the Sr Manager of Quality Engineering at Relativity Space since August 2024. Prior to this role, Aguirre held the position of Senior Director of Global Quality at Adient Aerospace from January 2023 to January 2024. As Vice President of Global Quality at Avon Protection Systems from January 2021 to October 2022, Aguirre led the establishment of a global quality system, addressing compliance issues across seven sites. From January 2017 to January 2021, Aguirre worked at Spectrum Brands, Inc. as a Corporate Quality Leader, managing a global quality team and achieving organizational goals for the Security and Hardware Division. Earlier experience includes serving as the Business Unit Quality Manager at AMETEK from January 2014 to January 2017, where Aguirre significantly improved productivity and quality. Aguirre earned a BS in Chemistry/Life Science and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
