Victoria Ayala

Victoria Ayala serves as an Additive Systems and Process Engineering Specialist and Production/Training and Logistics People Manager for the 3D Printing Team at Relativity Space since July 2021. Responsibilities include overseeing training documentation for AS9100 evaluation, coordinating safety training, creating Standard Operating Procedures, managing team roles, and fabricating custom flight hardware. Prior experience includes working as an Aircraft Mechanic at Northrop Grumman, where efficiency and quality compliance were maintained, and serving as a Program Leader for the City of Palmdale, ensuring public safety during events. Victoria holds an Associate's of Science in Aircraft Fabrication and Assembly from Antelope Valley College and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Eastern Gateway Community College. Recognized for high performance and teamwork, achievements include multiple awards for excellence in the workplace.
