Tyler Niu

Tyler Niu has over 8 years of work experience in the software engineering field. In 2012, they co-founded Utorbbs.com. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Cancer Care Ontario as a Student Data Architect/ETL Developer, where they conducted database schema designs, wrote PL/SQL procedures/functions, designed data marts, and created ETL workflows using Informatica 9.0.1. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at TD as a Software Development Lead and Technology Associate, where they led a team of software developers to deliver applications in the financial industry and lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative/cutting edge solutions. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Flipp as a Software Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Relay Financial as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer II.

Tyler Niu attended the University of Toronto from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering, as well as a Minor in Engineering Business. In 2011, they obtained an Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate certification from Oracle.
