Ulka Manjrekar has over 10 years of work experience. Ulka began their career in 2011 as an Editorial Coordinator and Client Servicing at MX Business Media. In 2012, they moved to Marvel Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. as a Subeditor. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Content Editor at InfoDesk, where they tracked lead companies and created business newsletters for Deloitte, Accenture, North Highland, Telecom Paper, and Grant Thornton. Ulka also monitored media, analyzed business news, and improved content sourcing. In 2017, Ulka began working at Packt as a Title Copywriter and Copy Editor - Level 2. In 2019, they started working at Dollarama as a Store Associate. In 2020, they worked at Above Ground Art Supplies as an Order Picker, Transcom as a Technical Support Representative, and TBM Service Group as a Customer Service Representative. Currently, Ulka is working at Motoinsight as a Client Services Coordinator and will soon be joining Relay Financial as a Customer Experience Specialist.

Ulka Manjrekar's education history includes four steps. Ulka began their educational journey in 1990 at St. Thomas High School, where they completed their SSC. From 2002 to 2004, they attended Patkar College and earned their HSC in Commerce. Ulka then went on to study Business Administration and Management, General at Government of Maharashtra Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics B Road Churchgate Mumbai 400 020, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in 2007. Finally, they completed their Master of Commerce at Podar College of Commerce and Economics in 2009.
