Chanel Ward Biddle is a co-founder and senior partner at Relay Graduate School of Education, where responsibility includes overseeing content strategy and product design for the Teacher Professional Education team. Previously, Chanel served as the Director of Teaching Residency and Assistant Professor of Practice, achieving over 90% promotion rates for residents to lead teachers. Chanel's experience also includes being the founding Assistant Principal of Instruction at Mastery Charter Thomas Elementary, overseeing curriculum and instruction for a large student body, and contributing to significant improvements in math proficiency as an instructional coach at Scholar Academies.
