Heather Eberts

Heather Eberts currently serves as the Associate Dean of Leadership Programs at Relay Graduate School of Education, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this, Heather held the role of Director of Schools at Seattle Public Schools from August 2018 to August 2022, where efforts focused on enhancing instructional capacity and addressing opportunity gaps in alignment with the district's Strategic Plan. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Superintendent, Executive Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, and Director of Elementary Education in the Eagle County School District from August 2007 to August 2018. Heather Eberts holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Stetson University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida.
