Steven Higgins

Steven Higgins has extensive experience in technology leadership, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Relay Network since August 2016. Prior to this role, Higgins held the position of CTO at ServicePower from February 2013 to July 2016 and served as Chief Technology Architect at Stratix Corporation from November 2008 to February 2013. Additional experience includes a tenure as Vice President of Software Engineering at Apacheta Corp. from January 2003 to November 2008 and co-founding JAS Concepts Inc., where Higgins acted as CTO from 1992 until its acquisition by Cotelligent in 2001.
