Caroline Radcliff

Caroline Radcliff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Caroline began their career in 2018 as an Employment Services Intern at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI). In 2019, they joined Wine & Design as a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer and Artist Instructor. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Event Planner for UNCW's ONE Campaign. Caroline also has freelance experience as a Graphic Designer, working with various companies and organizations from 2014 to 2022. In 2020, they became the Ceramics Program Coordinator at the City of Raleigh Municipal Government. In 2022, they joined 15Five as a Sales Development Representative, where they achieved notable accomplishments such as sourcing over $4 million in qualified pipeline. Currently, Caroline is an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Relay, starting in 2023.
