Houston Clark has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Starting in 2013, they participated in a Summer Immersion Language Trip as a student. In 2014, they had a summer internship at Growing Leaders, Inc. Following this, from 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor and Director of Student Awesomeness for Wake Forest Athletics at Wake Forest University. During this time, they also served as a Head Counselor at Alpine Camp for Boys. In 2017, they became an intern at RUF (Reformed University Fellowship) until 2019. Houston then worked as a US Teacher & College Counselor at Christ Presbyterian Academy from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to Thales Academy as an MS/HS Math Teacher until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as an Administrator at Leaders Collective. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Development Representative at Relay, starting in 2023.

Houston Clark attended Wake Forest University from 2011 to 2015, where they acquired a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. During their time there, Clark focused their studies on three subjects: Chinese Studies, Mathematical Business, and History. Prior to attending Wake Forest University, Clark attended the McCallie School from 2007 to 2011, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued a particular field of study during this period.
