Enterprise Account Manager at Relay

Layla Dougani has a diverse work experience. Layla is currently a Customer Success Specialist Team Lead at Relay since 2021. Prior to that, they were an Office and Corporate Accounts Manager at Excel Body Fitness from 2018 to 2021. During that time, they were also a Corporate Accounts Coordinator, assisting the Corporate Accounts Specialist and Executive Director with recruiting sub-contractors for corporate health fairs and services nationwide, sourcing produce boxes and CSA delivery programs for corporate clients, overseeing the CSA and Produce Box program with minimal supervision, and creating invoices for corporate clients. Before that, they were an Education Intern at the North Carolina Symphony from 2017 to 2018, where they assisted the Director of Education, coordinated the annual teacher workshop, and edited the student and teacher books for the 2017-18 Education concerts.

Layla Dougani is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at East Carolina University, which they began in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, General from Furman University, which they completed in 2018. In addition, they hold two certifications: Certified Yoga Instructor 200 hours from YTT Journey, which they obtained in January 2019, and Certified Personal Trainer from Interactive Fitness Trainers of America, which they obtained in August 2017.
