Management and Operations

The Management and Operations team at Relay Robotics is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day functions and ensuring seamless integration of autonomous service robots into customer environments. This includes managing supply chain logistics, coordinating production, handling sales and customer relationships, optimizing elevator integration for robot operation, and ensuring rapid deployment and training through the Rapid-Install™ program. The team ensures that Relay Robotics' solutions are effectively implemented and maintained, supporting the company's mission to enhance operational efficiency across hospitality, healthcare, and commercial real estate sectors.
