Kyla Ronellenfitsch

Kyla Ronellenfitsch currently serves as President at Relay Strategies since June 2021. Previously, Kyla held various roles at Change Research, including Product Manager and Lead Pollster, and served as a Senior Survey Data Analyst. Additionally, Kyla has been a Contract Instructor at Carleton University, marking a significant achievement as the first alumnus to teach in the Clayton H. Riddell Graduate Program in Political Management. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Gandalf Group, where Kyla advanced from Intern to Senior Consultant. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Analytics from the University of Chicago and two degrees from Carleton University: a Master of Political Management and a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management with Distinction. Kyla's foundational education was completed at Humboldt Collegiate Institute.
