Jian-Qiao Gu

Jian-Qiao Gu, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Analytical Development and Quality Control at Relay Therapeutics since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Associate Director of Small Molecule Analytical Development at Takeda, where responsibilities encompassed management of CROs and authorship of analytical modules for regulatory filings. Jian-Qiao Gu has also held positions at LifeMine Therapeutics as Director of Natural Products Chemistry, and at Warp Drive Bio, LLC as Associate Director, where significant contributions included leading the Natural Products Chemistry Group and managing fermentation campaigns. Earlier career roles at Cubist Pharmaceuticals involved developing scalable DSP technologies and high-throughput purification platforms, while academic experience includes significant research at The University of Arizona and the University of Illinois at Chicago, culminating in a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacognosy.
