Grant Wallace

Grant Wallace is currently a Partner at Relay Transition Partners, an advisory firm specializing in the sale of small and medium-sized businesses in Canada. Prior to this role, Grant served as Managing Director in Mid-Market Investment Banking at CIBC, where Grant provided M&A advisory services to private companies. Before CIBC, Grant was a Vice President at CopperLion Capital, a private equity investment fund, and also held a position as Director of Corporate Finance & Treasury at Corix. With a background in commerce from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and international management from IÉSEG School of Management, Grant has a strong foundation for their career in financial advisory and corporate finance.
