Richard H. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Richard currently holds the position of Head of Solutions Engineering at Relay42 since 2022. Before that, they worked at Crownpeak as a Regional Sales Director, Director of Sales Engineering, and Pre Sales Consultant from 2018 to 2022. From 2010 to 2018, Richard worked at SDL plc, where they held various roles including Director of Pre-sales, Solutions Architect, and SDL Global Education Manager & Pre-sales Engineer. Prior to that, they had roles at the Government as Head of Training & Development and Project Implementation Team, and at the Royal Air Force as Operations Manager. Additionally, Richard worked as an IT Tutor at Great Yarmouth College.
Richard H. completed their education with a BSc (Hons) degree in IT & Computing from the Open University, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Richard then pursued an MSc degree in Advanced Software Development from the University of Westminster between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, Richard H. obtained certifications from SDL plc and SDL Campaigns, namely the SDL Web Certified Developer in February 2017 and the SDL Campaigns Customer Analytics 2015 Business User Certification in March 2015.
