Bożena Kropiwiec

Bożena Kropiwiec has a diverse range of work experience. From 2020-2023, they worked at relayr as a Manager HR Analytics, where they were responsible for employment contracts, salary calculation, and generating personnel reports. Prior to that, from 2020-2022, they were an Administration Specialist at the same company. In 2021, they took on the role of Vice President Education at Silesia Toastmasters. From 2018-2020, they worked as an Assistant Manager at both PERITUS-ACT and iFinea, where they organized meetings, managed calendars, and handled company payments. From 2015-2018, they were a Senior Process Specialist at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they verified financial statements and conducted analyses of German corporations. From 2012-2015, they worked as a Front Office Shift Manager at Hotele Diament SA, where they provided customer service, managed booking portals, and organized teamwork.

Bożena Kropiwiec has a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Chorzowie, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the same institution, from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they have another Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Recreation from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Chorzowie, which they earned from 2013 to 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Bożena obtained the "Microsoft PowerPoint - kurs zaawansowany" from Comarch in December 2021. Bożena also acquired the "Specjalista MS Excel | MS Excel Specialist" certification from ALX in September 2021.
